If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email favoritebadhabitco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We'll review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
